Family Building Blocks is seeking an Unlicensed Mental Health Clinician / Therapist who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team. As a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician / Therapist, you will:
- Deliver individualized, family-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based mental health services.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning to identify families in need of targeted interventions.
- Provide support to promote healthy attachment and bonding, address trauma, and encourage developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with other Family Building Blocks programs to maximize family support.
Your compassion, education, and experience will help children and families overcome challenges and build healthy, thriving relationships.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Meet State of Oregon Administrative Rule requirements for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- Candidates must possess or work toward MHACBO certification as a QMHP-C unless pursuing licensure through another counseling/social work board.
- At least 6 months of experience conducting assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning through internships or employment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
