- Hourly Compensation: $21.00 - $22.50
Position Overview: The Patient Service Representative – Clinic Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Clinic Leadership in clinics with 20 or more providers by performing a wide range of basic office support tasks. They will be the support Clinic Leadership in ensuring effective care and optimal patient experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent quality and timeliness throughout the entire customer experience.
- Works with Clinic Leadership to support with administrative, and location-specific tasks including but not limited to maintenance and facility repairs, equipment and supplies purchasing, escalation of IT issues, distribution of clinic phone rosters.
- Periodically audits clinic in accordance with established operational and safety supplies.
- Assists clinic leadership in handling provider schedules, training schedules, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Assists the clinic leadership in maintaining customer satisfaction surveys by pulling all necessary data.
- Maintain all necessary reports and utilize reports to keep clinic leadership appraised of reported data.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed by clinic leadership such as developing PowerPoints, Word documents, and excels, completing monthly and quarterly forms, and scheduling meetings as requested.
- Performs front desk duties as needed for coverage purposes.
- Occasionally trains on basic front desk duties

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year experience working in clerical healthcare required
- 6 months medical front desk receptionist experience or administrative experience at FCC preferred
- Electronic Medical Record experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
