In this important role, you’ll be the go-to person who connects patients, staff, and healthcare professionals, making sure everyone’s needs are met. As a leader in our Operations team, you’ll also get training in different areas, making this a great opportunity for someone who likes variety and wants to grow their skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Scheduling: Create and update schedules for providers, patients, and the health center to keep things running smoothly.
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for patients and staff, answering questions and making sure everyone’s needs are taken care of.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct calls, help patients with questions, and make sure things are taken care of quickly and accurately.
- Track Appointments: Monitor appointments, cancellations, and no-shows. Follow up to make sure everything is on track.
- Train & Lead: Create training materials for new team members and lead training sessions to ensure everyone is prepared to do their job well.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 10 years working in a medical office or a similar customer service job.
- Education: High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management is a plus, but not necessary.
- Skills: Comfortable managing call center operations and creating schedules for a busy office.
- Customer Service: Must be friendly, helpful, and able to communicate well with patients and staff.
- Tech Skills: Experience with data entry and using scheduling systems. You should be able to type at least 40 words per minute and be familiar with medical scheduling software.
