Part-Time Home Health Visit Nurse
Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding part-time position?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time Home Health Visit Nurse to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Iowa
- Experience in home health is preferred but not required
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
