Essential Duties and Other Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.
- Greet, assist, and engage with customers helpfully and courteously.
- Answer incoming phone calls and attend to customers simultaneously.
- Inform customers of current sales and promotions.
- Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
- Complete general housekeeping of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Work with management to arrange and rotate items and displays on the sales floor, keeping merchandise organized and easily accessible to customers.
- Responsible for organizing, stocking, and restocking shelves with available products.
- Drive sales by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and recommending products.
- Reinforce safety by identifying unsafe conditions and reporting to management.
- Promote trust and respect among personnel.
- Participate in the freight process as needed.
- Operate the cardboard baler.
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
