The Service Technician Assistant will provide support to the small engine mechanic in performing repairs and maintenance on small engine equipment. This role involves assisting with customer service tasks, ensuring equipment repair orders are complete and accurate, performing basic repairs and tune-ups, and maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment. The Service Technician Assistant will also communicate directly with customers regarding repairs and estimates and support the parts counter and sales floor during busy seasons.
