Responsibilities
- Oversite of 2 Client Support Specialists
- Working with the facilities manager to ensure overall functionality, maintenance, safety, and security of the building is attended to.
- Verifying and understanding client medical insurance and insurance eligibility
- Managing phone calls and agency outlook calendars
- Collecting and verifying patient information and other confidential documentation.
- Providing accurate information to patients regarding services, policies and procedures.
- Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Associate’s degree or Business Institute Certificate
- Supervisory experience
- At least two years prior Administrative or Medical AA/Receptionist experience required
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exposure/experience with provider billing practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Comfortable with providing translation services in Spanish for patients and staff.
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Experience with EMR Software – EPIC a Plus
