support the front desk with administrative and clerical functions.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule intakes andappointments.
- Check In clients at the front desk and direct them accordingly.
- Perform all office tasks including but not limited to filing, typing, copying, scanning and faxing.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma
- One year of experience working in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Office

- Hourly pay: 20.12/hour
- Schedule: Full Time, 35 hours per week
