Visitation and Parenting Services program at Family & Children's Place, is looking to hire a full-time clinician who is responsible for providing parenting assessments and related services to families, couples, and individuals. The clinician position earns competitive pay of between $55,000 and $58,000 and a sign-on bonus of $300. We also offer great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 403(b) plan, paid time off (PTO), vacation time, paid sick time, up to 10 paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance. The clinician may work off site at times, as well as in the office.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE VPS CLINICIAN
The VPS clinician conducts face to face parenting assessments and composes detailed, comprehensive assessment reports for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.Assessments include family strengths and needs to address child/family safety, substance abuse, history of abuse/neglect, parenting abilities and other levels of psychosocial functioning. The clinician will lead and facilitate nurturing parenting groups with provided curriculum. This incumbent may provide therapeutic supervised visitation services and parenting sessions as needed.
In all responsibilities, will support the agency's equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts as well as our trauma-informed services and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR VPS CLINICIAN
It is required that the applicant have a master's degree in Social Work or related field and must hold valid, active licensure or certification in social work, marriage and family therapy or related field.
