What are the responsibilities and job description for the HANDS Supervisor position at Family & Children's Place?
The HANDS Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the HANDS program services for assigned team. Scope is inclusive of program planning, service delivery, day-to-day coordination of activities, staff training, ongoing supervision, and monitoring and evaluation of projects. May also be responsible for providing direct services for a small family caseload.
- Bachelor's degree in social work and licensed with LSW plus 2 years of casework with families and children or
- Master's degree in social work with license such as CSW or LCSW or an RN and 3 - 5 years of casework with families and children.
