Saturday 7 : 30am-12 : 00pm
We will be holding Group Interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 : 00pm
JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The Chiropractic Assistant will provide exceptional patient care and additional support to the chiropractor during treatments and daily office reception operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a caring demeanor with all ages but especially with children and infants, and a wellness mindset for helping patients maintain their overall health and well-being. Experience is not necessary, we will train.
Key Responsibilities :
Therapy Treatment : Support the chiropractor during treatment sessions by preparing patients for adjustments, providing physical support during therapy, and applying modalities such as heat, cold, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, or spinal decompression.
Office communication and scheduling : Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records.
Equipment Maintenance : Ensure that all chiropractic equipment and tools are properly cleaned, maintained, and stocked.
Office Organization : Have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Scanning and filing patient’s paperwork and files into the computer and in storage room. Keeping an open eye around the office for out of place items or needing to restock items.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
English is a MUST (Spanish is a plus)
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Are punctual, reliable, & conscientious
Comfortable holding and comforting children and infants
