Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Chiropractic care office tasks efficiently
- Handle phone systems including answering calls and directing inquiries
- Provide administrative support in a medical office setting
- Assist with Eye exams, UA and taking BP
- Maintain knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Support daily operations in a Medical Office
- Familiarity with Google Doc software for patient service tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using office software and systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is advantageous
