We are seeking a passionate Exercise Rehab Specialist to join our growing chiropractic practice dedicated to helping families in our community experience better health through comprehensive care.
Position Overview
Work directly with our Chiropractic Physician to design and implement personalized exercise rehabilitation protocols for patients. This role is perfect for someone who believes in the body's natural ability to heal and wants to be part of a team that transforms lives through holistic healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Chiropractic Physician to develop tailored exercise programs
- Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and provide proper instruction
- Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient activities and outcomes
- Contribute to our positive, patient-centered office environment
Qualifications
- Background in exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or similar field
- Experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of functional movement and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for holistic health and natural healing approaches
Hours & Compensation
- Part-time position: 24-27 hours per week
- No weekend hours
- Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
