This position is responsible for managing the operations and staff of the Communications and Marketing department of the Family Church Network.
- The ideal candidate will have experience using workflow management software, strong written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with branding, digital media strategies, and content creation.
General Responsibilities
- Advance the culture of Family Church by supporting our Leadership Principles, First Team Concept, and fostering a climate of inclusivity and mutual respect.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, programming decisions, church-wide gatherings, and budgetary considerations.
- Recruit, develop, and lead ministry-area paid and volunteer staff.
Specific Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Creative/Communications Team.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive external communication strategy to support Family Church's mission.
- Collaborate with the Pastor of Creative Arts to set priorities, manage budgets, and create impactful communication campaigns.
- Develop and maintain the church's digital strategy and presence.
