Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Chiropractic Assistant (CCA) to join our team. We need someone available for the long-term who is well-spoken, extremely detail-oriented, and fun to work with. We have a great office environment full of happy people, and we communicate well to avoid workplace drama.
The position is a mix of administrative and clinical responsibilities. Current active license as a clinical chiropractic assistant in NC is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Guaranteed pay increases with additional certifications and clinical responsibilities. We will pay for training certificates and they can be completed during work hours.
Hours and Pay:
The job starts part time with the option to increase hours with completion of additional clinical certificates and expanding responsibilities. Starting pay is $14/hour without a CCA license $16/hour for licensed clinical CA and increases with additional certificates and training.
Responsibilities:
Administrative/front desk responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Making and receiving phone calls, Scheduling patients, Filing and paperwork, Insurance billing, Office maintenance/light cleaning.
Clinical Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting with scribing clinical notes, implementing rehab exercise programs with patients (we will train), applying clinical modalities (we will train), outreach and marketing as needed.
Certificates and professional development:
Additional certificates include: DOT drug collection, DOT alcohol testing (BAT), FMS certificate, stretch certificate, additional occupational medicine trainings as needed.
Each additional certificate will allow you to perform new services in our office, which increases our revenue and we can pay you more. The more invested and willing to learn you are, the higher your potential pay and hours.
Required skills:
Must be open-minded, friendly, and kind with a good sense of humor, strong work ethic.
Computer use
All of our systems here are are computerized. You will need to be very comfortable using a computer, willing to learn new software systems, type quickly and accurately, know how to locate and save files, convert to different file types, and follow protocols and workflows consistently.
Communication skills
We believe that the heart of every good relationship is communication and it is vital that you feel comfortable communicating. We strive to provide a fun, respectful, non-toxic work environment. We need someone who can give and get constructive criticism without being offended and without causing drama.

Attention to detail
If you are the person who is always finding and correcting other's mistakes and finding new ways to improve workflows, we want you.
If you don't know how to use a computer, constantly make typos, misfile things, or let things fall through the cracks, this job is not for you.
We are very easy-going, but because of the legal regulations around chiropractic care, it is essential that we always have our records correct.
Bonus skills:
Experience working in healthcare, experience with EHR/EMR systems, understanding of anatomy and physiology, rehab experience and a sense of humor are a plus, but not required.
