- Provides case management services to families participating in early intervention programs;
- Coordinates services with healthcare providers, therapists, and other professionals;
- Develops and implements individualized family service plans (IFSPs) to meet the unique needs of each family;
- Maintains accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure accountability.
