What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at FAMILY CONNECTIONS, INC?
Family Connections, Inc., a professional mental health therapy agency, is looking for an energetic and professional person to join our team as an administrative assistant.
Duties include:
-Answering phones, directing calls to appropriate professionals, taking referrals for services
-Greeting clients into the office and providing initial paperwork to new clients prior to start of session
-Scheduling of initial appointments for new clients for in-office therapy.
-other duties as assigned.
Must have:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and Google Docs/Calendar, Scheduling.
-Professional demeanor and attitude at all times to everyone
-Ability to problem solve and ask appropriate questions for clients calling in to office
-Exceptional time management and organization skills
Salary:
- $17.50-$18.00/hr.

- 7:45a-4:45p
- 1 hour lunch break
