Description

Family Credit Management is a nationwide debt management organization looking for friendly, compassionate and driven people to assist our active clients on a daily basis. Our data entry clerks work to ensure our clients have a smooth start to our program by entering all their information accurately, auditing accounts for missing information and responding to client emails and texts when needed. Candidates should also be good at working with other departments.

Position is 40 hours/week and in-person at our Rockford office.

Hours are 8:30-5:00PM.

Requirements

• Computer Literacy. Experience with outlook, word, scanning of documents, etc. as well as the ability to type a minimum of 50WPM with high accuracy is required.
• Excellent written skills. Our team communicates primarily though email and text with occasional phone calls as well. This must be done in a professional, effective and compassionate manner at all times.

• Exceptional follow up to ensure all concerns are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• This position also requires the ability to work independently while taking direction from management.

• Background in office work is preferred, but not required. Training is provided.
