Schedule for the Front Office Associate:
- Monday: 9:00AM - 7:00PM
- Tuesday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- Wednesday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Thursday: 9:00AM - 7:00PM
- Friday: 9:00AM - 3:00PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Every other Saturday)
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:
- At least 2 years of dental front office experience preferred
- Eaglesoft experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to check in and check out patients efficiently
- Answer phone calls with the highest customer service expectations
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Present treatment plans to patients (training provided)
- Highly engage with patients with the utmost patience
- Reliable and empathetic towards patients and staff
- Friendly personality with a welcoming smile

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
