We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish / English friendly, trustworthy, full-time experience dental patient coordinator / billing clerk with excellent communication skills. At least 2 years of experience and knowledge of DENTRIX and dental terminology.
Responsibilities include :
FRONT DESK General Tasks, Insurance billing Excelent communication skills and customer service.
Register new patients according to established office protocols.
Verify and update patient information
Confirm next appointment
Schedule patient appointments
Answering and managing incoming calls
Submit lab work properly
Explain treatment plans to patients.
Processing payments on the day of treatment
Verify dental insurance
Requirements :
Spanish / English Bilingual.
Ability to multi-task.
Knowledge of ADA codes.
Flexibility
