Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires an understanding of treatment planning, patient assessment, and various dental procedures. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals like dental hygienist, Orthodontist, oral surgeon to deliver comprehensive patient care
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crown and bridges, root canals.
- Utilize digital imaging techniques to diagnose and treat dental issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in accordance with practice protocols.
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control measures during all procedures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Experience
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds are essential.
