About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience. This includes greeting customers, assisting with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and assisting in unloading merchandise from delivery trucks. Additionally, you will be required to independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store.
