Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with merchandise selection, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding store operations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide positive and approachable customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment for customers.
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport it to the sales floor.
- Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store.
- Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system.
- Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment by remaining constantly aware of customer activity.
- Position Requirements:
- Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
