About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Greet and assist customers with selection of merchandise, answering questions and offering recommendations as needed.
- Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Work collaboratively with store team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and sales events.
