Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and completing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and recovering merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Avoid shoplifting and maintain a secure shopping environment at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 55 pounds from floor level to above shoulder height.
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting required.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
