Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as Customer Service Representatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with merchandise selection
- Completing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answering questions about store operations and merchandise
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, and stocking shelves independently.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents
Prior experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly and occasionally up to 55lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
