Job Specific:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
- Maintain records related to sales.
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
- Answer questions regarding the location and its facilities, games and merchandise.
- Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
- Demonstrate use or operation of games or merchandise.
- Resolve and complaints arising from guests in a professional manner.
- Clean games, shelves, floor, counters, and tables.
- Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
- Inventory stock.
- Load games with tickets and instant win merchandise.
- Clear token and ticket jams.
- Assist with minor game repairs as needed and ability dictate.
- Assist in moving games.
- Take out the trash.
- Any other legal duties as required by the General Manager.
