We are currently seeking Merch Assistant for the arcade within Kalahari Round Rock TX.

What will you be doing as a Merchandise Assistant with Family Entertainment Group?
- Providing outstanding guest service
- Taking inventory of merchandise including prizes and office supplies
- Checking in orders and maintaining accurate records of what has been received
- Restocking of redemption area and merchandise games
- Displaying and accurately pricing new products
- Entering products into the redemption system software
- Restocking and reorganizing storage areas, making sure products are accurately labeled and easy to find
- Assist in other departments when called upon to do so

Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Is energetic, outgoing, and loves meeting new people
- Enjoys making a difference in the lives of our guests through outstanding guest service
- Is coachable and willing to learn. No experience is required for this position, we will provide you with all the training you need!
- Enjoys being part of a team and has a teamwork attitude
- Previous experience in a retail setting is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required
- Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
