We are currently seeking a Technical Manager for our arcade operation within Okana Resort in Oklahoma City, OK 73129.

What will you be doing as a Technical Manager with Family Entertainment Group?
- Providing excellent guest service
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the Technical Department
- Troubleshooting and repairing arcade games and attractions
- Ordering parts to repair games and attractions and receiving parts orders
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
- Developing schedules for and performing preventative maintenance
- Performing routine inspections on equipment
- Assembling new pieces of equipment
- Acting with a sense of urgency to keep all games and attractions operational
- Some troubleshooting of IT systems including networks, servers, and access points
- Using creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions to complex problems
- Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so

Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
- A background in arcade game and attraction maintenance or experience working with similar equipment in related industries such as casinos, bowling alleys, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues
- Ability to act as a leader by example
- Experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
- Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
- Experience with electrical soldering
- Ability to use a multimeter
- Ability to inventory a wide range of tools and maintain an organized work area
- Basic computer skills and some IT experience
- A willingness to learn new things. The ideal candidate would be highly coachable
