We are now hiring Arcade/Café Attendants at our Bonkers Topeka location. Our attendants are responsible for delivering best in class service to our guests by:

• Greeting, Smiling & Attentive to our guests and anticipating their needs or wants
• Clean and maintain our amazing games selections to ensure guest safety
• Demonstrate use of games or merchandise
• Resolve guest complaints timely in a professional manner
• Load games with tickets and instant win merchandise
• May assist in moving games
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Assists guest with their menu selections
• Informs and suggestively sells food items
• Responsible for accuracy in cash handling
• Possess the ability to understand and perform all necessary P.O.S terminal operation functions to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Keeps a meticulously clean counter, floor and surrounding work area
• Process and manage food tickets and receipts
• Adhere to safety procedure
• Follow all food sanitation guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by management

No direct experience is required, but previous experience in customer service or other related fields will be given strong consideration.

Since this is a family entertainment center, our busiest times are when school is out, nights, weekends and holiday availability is a must.
