We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager for our arcade operation within Tom Foolery's Adventure Park inside of the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells!

What will you be doing as an Assistant General Manager with Family Entertainment Group?
- Providing outstanding guest service
- Provide leadership and direction to an amazing team
- Manage operations and finances of the business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Assist in the development of team members through consistent coaching and training
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained at an acceptable standard
- Analyze reporting data to reverse negative trends and enhance positive trends
- Use reporting tools to drive sales
- Creating employee schedules
- Assist in performing routine inspections of the location ensuring standards are met across each department
- Ensure partner relations exceed expectations

The ideal candidate has:
- Management or equivalent leadership experience in the customer service/hospitality/amusement industry
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills toward solutions to complex problems
- Experience leading a team of people by example
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Experience making employee schedules
- A passion for the service of both our guests and team members
- Previous experience in the entertainment or arcade industry is a plus but not required
