Are you a skilled Optometry Technician looking to join a dynamic eye care team? Family Eye Care is seeking a dedicated professional to fill our Optometry Technician position. As an essential part of our practice, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent eye care services to our patients. We are excited to train an energetic individual with no experience in the Optometry field. Manhattan is a new location for Family Eye Care!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary eye exams and assessments
- Assist optometrists in performing eye tests and procedures
- Maintain and calibrate optometric equipment
- Educate patients on contact lens insertion, removal, and care
- Manage patient records and update electronic health records
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
