Key responsibilities include preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet treats, ensuring accurate pricing, dating, and displaying bakery items for sale, maintaining organized and visually appealing bakery displays and shelves, and adhering to established guidelines for handling spoiled or damaged products.
The successful candidate will work independently to bake, fry, package, display, and stock bakery products, perform baking and frying duties determined by production schedule, properly fill, rotate, and merchandise bakery shelves, cases, and displays.
