Job Title: Produce Lead
At Family Fare, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the produce department and its associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise all activities of the produce department and associates in the absence of the Produce Manager.
- Train others to perform all department activities and functions.
- Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory control.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
