Family Fare is seeking a skilled and experienced Produce Lead to lead the produce department and its associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all activities of the produce department in the absence of the Produce Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise all produce department activities and associates.
- Train others to perform all department activities and functions.
- Handle spoiled/damaged products according to established guidelines.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory control.
