Job Description:
A Store Manager - Unassigned plays a crucial role in supporting and strengthening the basic philosophies of the company. This individual must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise team members.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, be able to manage with limited supervision, and possess good oral/written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and other associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote an aggressive sales culture with an intense focus on superior customer service.
- Maintain a highly motivated team by hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and firing of team members.
- Execute and perform all store job responsibilities through key associates and/or personal actions.
- Provide feedback to the office, including buyers, district managers, and other company officials.
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories.
- Protect employees and customers, and maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements and providing a safe and clean store environment.
