Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess their insurance requirements.
- Engage in sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, ensuring clarity and understanding of policy details.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on policy renewals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but no required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in sales administration processes and tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail.
