Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to our patients.
Hours:
Monday 7:40-11, 12:50-5:30p
Tuesday 2:40 -7p
Wednesday 7:40-11, 12:50-5:30p
Thursday 12:40-6p
Friday 7:40-1p
Duties:
- Multitasking
- Answering the phone
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
-Direct patients to appropriate treatment room
-Collect patient payments and enter them into the computer
-Present financial policy, medicare policy, ABNs, and good faith estimate
-Follow up on missed appointments
-Verify insurance benefits
-Send out appointment reminders via phone and text
-Check email
-Help patients on and off therapy tables
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
-Light cleaning
