Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all departments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Enhance client experience by supporting CEO-led initiatives and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with various departments.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
