Family First Health is seeking a Medical Receptionist-Medical Assistant for our Columbia location. Candidates should have a working knowledge of medical terminology and be computer proficient or have the ability to learn. As a Medical Assistant at Family First Health, candidates should have a positive and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
A qualified Medical Receptionist-Medical Assistant should have:
Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program
Working knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
Ability to build relationships with patients
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs
Medical Assistant diploma
Bilingual is a plus
Previous work experience in a medical practice is a plus
