About the Position
We are seeking experienced RNs and LPNs to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the state of practice.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, especially those with autism or feeding tubes.
- Ability to work in a team environment while offering individualized care.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts: 8 AM – 8 PM or 9 AM – 9 PM (flexible to 8-hour shifts).
