Job Details
- Provide care based on licensure/certification within the scope of practice
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records for each patient
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service and make recommendations for improvement
- Consult with physicians regarding patient care plans and document changes in patient care
- SUPPORT FFHC's mission by mentoring and/or coaching new employees during patient-specific orientations
- Educate patients and their caregivers on topics related to patient care needs
