Job Details
\- We are seeking nurses in Chatham, IL who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- This part-time or full-time opportunity is available (3-4 nights/week, 10pm-7am).
- A competitive hourly rate applies: $28-$32/hour (dependent on case and skill experience).
Key Responsibilities
\- Provide care within the scope of your licensure/certification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records for each patient.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service and suggest improvements.
- Consult with physicians regarding patient care plans and document any changes in patient care.
- Support FFHC's mission by mentoring and/or coaching new employees during patient-specific orientations.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on topics related to patient care needs.
Role Qualifications
\- An LPN/LVN nursing degree and an unencumbered license in the state of employment or a Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized.
- A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in pediatric care.
- A valid driver's license with proof of insurance in applicable states.
- A clear background screening.
- A working knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts.
- A valid and current CPR card/certificate with in-person instructor-led hands-on skills check.
- A clear Hep B Screening in applicable states.
- A clear TB Screening in applicable states.
Salary : $28 - $32
