Urgent Hiring: RN/LPN for Pediatric Home Care – Join Our Family First Team!
Location: Lakeland, FL
Client Location: Lake Wales, FL
Are you an RN or LPN with a passion for making a real difference in the life of a child? We need you NOW to provide total care to a precious pediatric client in Lake Wales.
At Family First HomeCare, we're on the hunt for skilled nurses to join our team ASAP for a new admission with high acuity care needs, including G-tube management. This is an opportunity to bring comfort and care to a child who needs 7a-7p coverage on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, along with PRN night shifts (7p-7a) to help with transfers and therapies.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing compassionate and skilled care for MxK, who needs total care including G-tube management
- Assisting with transfers (therapies are on Fridays!)
- Supporting MxK’s mom and helping ensure a smooth transition for care
