Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales in their designated territory, driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships. As a project manager, you’ll be responsible for engaging with homeowners, and selling roofing services door to door. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and integrity. This is a commission based position.
Duties
- Manage and develop a designated territory to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities, interacting with homeowners and prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities, presenting solutions and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing,operations) to ensure alignment and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and sales performance.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
- Utilize cold calling, networking and other sales techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or construction based sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in lead generation and territory sales management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
