Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through effective data entry.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and client services during all interactions.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices in customer service and call center operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and sales processes is a plus.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Experience in client services or related fields is highly desirable.
