Position Details
The Caregiver Success Manager provides Caregiver scheduling, mentorship, training, one-on-one guidance, and support to in-home Caregivers while providing excellent customer service, professional communication and administrative assistance. Consistently matches Caregivers with clients based on the client’s needs and Caregiver’s skill level and personal attributes. The Caregiver Success Manager works as part of a team to provide the highest quality of care and communication to our Caregivers and to our clients.
Job Duties
Scheduling:
- Efficiently schedule Caregiver/client based on Caregiver skill set and client needs
- Utilize effective staffing skills to strategically staff Caregivers avoiding overtime whenever possible
- Regularly monitors the Home Care department’s monthly staffing statistics and develop solutions to increase client hours and satisfaction
- Maintain communications with client, client’s families, or guardian regarding changes in scheduling hour or staff.
- Ensure proper Caregiver rates are assigned, and appropriate billing codes are used
- Ensure Clear Care system information is current and up to date
- Ensure all approved Caregiver time off requests are updated and approved in ADP
- Billing and payroll for client and Caregiver caseloads
Caregiver Support:
- Provide supervision of Caregivers including hiring, mentoring and coaching/counseling
- Conduct supervisory visits for Caregivers on a routine and ongoing basis
- Provide training to Caregivers under the direction of the Director of Home Care
- Monitor and update appropriate business trackers on a regular basis
- Tracking and compliance of Caregiver continued education and training programs
- Responsible for follow-up with Caregivers
- Coaching Caregivers as needed
- Schedule Caregiver performance evaluations
- Act as a point of contact for all Caregivers
- Participate in regularly scheduled on-call rotation to handle off-hours staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with WAC & RCW for self and assigned Caregivers
- Provide back up to recruiter, reception desk, and Caregivers as needed or as assigned
- Assist with the Skills Training and New Hire Orientation as needed
- Must be able available for emergency client coverage and be able to follow care plan tasks
- Travel within the greater Spokane/Tacoma/Seattle area as needed or assigned
- Preforms any other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a high level of professionalism
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide Certification preferred
- Nurse Delegation/Diabetes Delegation preferred
- Comply and maintain valid Driver’s License, vehicle insurance and clean DMV record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools
- Empathy and dedication to providing high-quality care and service
Compensation: Family First is committed to providing market competitive, equitable pay to all employees
