Family Focus Media LLC, publisher of Main Line Parent, Philadelphia Family, and Bucks County Parent, seeks a Client Contracts and Operations Manager who is fluent in Quickbooks Online and Asana to facilitate our client contract process.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Client Contracts and Operations Manager will manage client contracts, invoicing, scheduling, production and recap. This is a virtual, part-time (10 to 15 hours per week) 1099 Independent contractor position with consistent weekday morning hours preferred. Thoughtful cover letter directed to our Founder and CEO, Sarah Bond required for consideration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Marketing Agreement creation, tracking, and filing.
- Receipt tracking and Invoice creation based on contracts.
- Accounts Receivable follow-up to ensure bills are paid on time.
- Asana advertising reservations tracking, artwork or material collection.
- Identifies and advises solutions for improving operations productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Local candidates only: In-person training in Narberth, PA and Must be able to attend events in the Greater Philadelphia region.
- Experience with Quickbooks Online.
- Experience with Asana, or comparable project management program (basecamp, etc).
- A thorough understanding of advertising, marketing, event planning, and the importance of client care.
