What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock Associate position at Family Grocers?
As an Associate in our grocery store, you will provide great customer service to our guests on a daily basis. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers by answering questions and suggesting products, in addition to maintaining and organizing shelves and merchandise displays. You’ll maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon their arrival
- Assist customers in choosing the products
- Guide customers to product areas
- Answer customer questions about products
- Keep merchandise organized and displayed properly
- Promote sales and special offers to our customers
- Make sure all products are properly stocked and checked for freshness / date control
- Work as a team with other associates to ensure the success of the store
