Essential Duties
Start Date: ASAP
Work Location: 1220 S. Wood St., Chicago, IL
Pay Rate: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Education and/or Experience:At least two years' experiencein hospital or agency settingpreferred

Essential Duties
- Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
- Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center,Substance Use Prevention and Recovery,Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tooland the Drug Enforcement Administration
- Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
- Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
- Must be available to travel if needed
